Transparent refund policy for our digital Vastu analysis services
1. Digital Product Nature
Complete Vastu provides instant digital services (AI-generated Vastu reports). Once delivered, services are generally non-refundable as per standard digital goods policy. There is no general refund obligation for AI report purchases or expert consultations once they have been rendered.
2. Eligible Refunds (AI Analysis — within 7 days)
Refunds available within 7 days of payment ONLY if one of these conditions is met:
- Technical Failure: Report not generated due to server/AI error (not user error)
- Duplicate Charge: Charged twice for same property/analysis
- Non-Delivery: No report received within 24 hours of successful payment
- Wrong Product: Charged for different service than selected (e.g., Home vs Office)
2a. Expert Consultation Refunds
Expert consultation refunds are managed per individual expert's terms, disclosed at the time of booking. Cancellations or rescheduling within an expert's stated window are honoured by that expert; outside that window, refund eligibility is at the expert's discretion. Complete Vastu acts as the booking platform and does not unilaterally guarantee consultation refunds.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
NO refunds for:
- Disagreement with AI analysis or score
- Unsatisfactory life outcomes after implementing remedies
- Change of mind after viewing report
- Inability to implement remedies (cost/space constraints)
- Image upload issues (blurry/poor quality floor plans)
- Rate limit exceeded before purchase
4. Refund Process
How to Request
- Email refunds@completevastu.com
- Subject: "Refund Request - Order #[payment_id]"
- Include: Payment ID, property details, reason
- Attach payment receipt/screenshot
Timeline
- Response: Within 48 hours
- Processing: 5-7 business days
- Razorpay fee: Non-refundable (2-3%)
- Status: Email updates provided
5. Refund Amount
- Full refund: Technical failure, non-delivery
- Partial (80%): Duplicate charge (after Razorpay fees)
- No refund: If partial service delivered
6. Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions cancel immediately, no prorated refunds for current billing cycle.
